Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at our historic, annual event. 

NOTICE: AS OF JULY 1, 2026, WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THE EVENT.

OUR PURPOSE: 

As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, all-volunteer organization, Bastrop Homecoming and Rodeo fulfills its mission to award scholarships to both Bastrop High School (BHS) and Cedar Creek High School (CCHS) through proceeds raised during this annual event.

2026 VENDOR LINE UP:

  • Rodeo Concession Vendor
    • Vaughan’s concession: Corn dogs, Nachos, Chips, Drinks, etc.
  • Food Vendors:
    • Freezeway: Freeze Dried candy, fruit, ice cream, pickles, smores, cookies.
    • Kona Ice: Shaved Ice, Mangonadas, Picadillys
    • Cristi & Ali Cuisine: Gyros, bratwurst, garlic parmesan fries, garlic chicken baskets only, cheese sticks, and flavored lemonade
    • Isa’s Kitchen: Funnel Cake, Corn Dogs, Chicken wings w/fries, fried oreos/snickers, flavored lemonade
    • Carla’s Mobile Food Basket: Fried catfish, fried shrimp, chicken tenders, hamburgers, cheese fries, Frito pie, hush puppies,nachos, canned soda, water, lemonade, kool aid, fried, okra, hush puppies
    • Lemondoodle: Flavored lemonade, additional candy toppings and cotton candy
    • Kettle Corn Chick: Kettle Corn, Corn in a cup, cotton candy
    • Rooster Bleu: Iced or Hot Coffee, Lattes, Matcha, Chai lemonade, Tea, Hot Cocoa, Energy refreshers, cafe food, merchandise

    • Rusty Halo: Hats and branding
    • Claire’s Little Boutique: Custom made jewelry – on the spot, hand made nails and apparel. 
    • Crossed Arrows: Cowhides (leather and hide purses, rugs), calf hides (coaster, rugs, koozies), goat hides (earring and table runners), deer hides (necklaces, leather hide and hat purse accessories)
    • Ruby’s Toys and More: Children’s toys
    • Personalized Rings: Personalized Rings -Stamp names of 4 styles of stainless steel rings while you wait
    • Infinity Knife Co: Leather Knife holsters, damascus knife, kitchen knife, accessories, folder knife. 
    • Renewal by Anderson: Sweepstakes and information on windows and doors.
    • Leaf Filter: Sweepstakes and information on gutters.

FOOD VENDOR INFORMATION:

Once a food vendor is approved, they will be REQUIRED to display at all times in a conspicuous place where it can be read by the general public (under ordinance 2020-02):

  • a health permit from Bastrop County.
  • a copy of a Texas sales tax and use certificate.

PAYMENT AND PERMITS:

  • Fees are not collected unless you are an approved vendor.
  • You will be notified via email if you are approved, and advised of the total cost for your spot.
  • Permits, sales tax certificates, and payment will be required at least 30 days prior to the event.
  • Fee refunds will NOT be available for any purpose after a vendor is approved (including failed city inspection and/or personal circumstances).
