Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at our historic, annual event the weekend of July 31st-August 2nd, 2025. We are so excited to have another successful year of giving back to the community of Bastrop!
WHY WE DO IT:
As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, all-volunteer organization, Bastrop Homecoming and Rodeo fulfills its mission to award scholarships to both Bastrop High School (BHS) and Cedar Creek High School (CCHS) through proceeds raised during this annual event.
BHR VENDOR APPLICATION DETAILS:

IMPORTANT! To be considered for a Vendor Booth at this year’s event, email a copy of the completed application and a sales and use tax certificate to vendors.bhr@gmail.com.
Vendor Booths are filled on a first come first serve basis. We will not accept applications after May 9, 2025 and will let you know if you are an approved vendor by May 12, 2025.
FEES AND REFUNDS:
If a vendor is rejected by the BHR committee, a full BHR application refund will be provided. Fee refunds will not be available for any other purpose (including failed city inspection of any kind by a food vendor) once application is approved by the BHR committee.

FOOD VENDOR INFORMATION (POST VENDOR APPROVAL on 5/12/2025):
Once a food vendor is approved, they will be REQUIRED to display at all times in a conspicuous place where it can be read by the general public (under ordinance 2020-02):
- the City of Bastrop permit under this article and permit number.
- a health permit from Bastrop County.
- a copy of a Texas sales tax and use certificate.
Complete the Temporary Food Permit Application BHCR 2025 and return it with other relevant documents to the Bastrop County Development Services office located at 211 Jackson Street, Bastrop, TX 78602. Payments will need to be made by check, money order, or via credit card. Cash is not accepted. Reception Staff will take the permit application and issue a receipt of payment as well as a permit. Inspection will be scheduled for Thursday, July 31st at 6:30PM sharp.
