- Weekend passes are $30 and available for purchase late June at Bastrop Beer Co.
- Weekend passes include gate entry into the Rodeo on Thursday, and gate entry into the Rodeo and Dance Friday and Saturday
- Rodeo gates open at 6:00pm daily; Dance gates open at 8:30pm daily
- BRINGING YOUR OWN ALCOHOL IS NOT PERMITTED AT ANY TIME
- Tuesday and Wednesday Rodeo gate entry is free of charge
- Thursday gate entry fee to the Rodeo is $10
- Friday and Saturday entry fee to Rodeo and Dance is $15 each night

- Box seats inside the rodeo arena are reserved for Sponsors of Bastrop Homecoming and Rodeo – do not sit in them if they aren’t yours

- Gate entry is free to the public
- Open to Bastrop & surrounding counties

- #11.5 handicap (One sec down)/Enter 1 draw 2 for $150.

- 5:30pm Mike Mathison Memorial Horseshoe and Washer Tournament at the American Legion
- Sign ups begin at 5:30pm in the back room of the American Legion
- Entry $20 per event; start time is 6:00pm

- 7:30pm 4D Jackpot Barrel Racing at Rodeo Arena

- Calf Scramble – $0 to enter – unlimited number of kids – no sign up required
- Mutton Bustin – $30 first come basis – 10 riders only – sign up at Diamond Cross Rodeo merchandise booth inside arena at 6:00pm – more availability Saturday night

- 9:00pm Live Music – People’s Choice at the Showbarn

- 10:00am Grand Parade at Cedar and Hill Streets
- Start lining up as early as 8:00am; registration at the corner of Cedar and Hill
- Judging takes place from 8:30am-9:30am and will start at the beginning of the parade line
- Awards will be handed out by judges prior to parade start
- Registration forms will not be accepted after 9:30am
- Parade route runs downCedar Street heading west to Main Street. Turn left on Main and proceed all the way down Main – parade ends at Wells Fargo. Austin street can be taken to get back to Erhard
- 11:30am BHS Hall of Fame Induction at the PAC Center
- Saturday, August 1st, at the Jerry Fay Wilhelm Center for the Performing Arts, 1401 Cedar Street, Bastrop
- The Bastrop High School Sports Hall of Fame honors former standout athletes, coaches, and contributors who made significant impacts on the Bastrop Bears’ athletic traditions
- 12:00pm 4-H Cake Auction at the American Legion
- This annual fundraiser supports 4-H programs, including awards and projects
- It features various decorated cakes and is a major, high-value community event
- 2:00pm Texas Hold’em Tournament at the American Legion.
- Sign-up 2:00pm, $20 buy in; buy backs may be available
