On-site registration will take place at the corner of Hill and Cedar Streets from 7:30am-9am. A committee member will assist you with line-up. Parking for extra vehicles is available directly across the street. Judging takes place from 8:30am-9:30am. Awards will be handed out by judges prior to parade start. Registration forms will not be accepted after 9:30am. You may still participate, but you will not be judged or announced. The parade will begin at 10am.

RULES:

- No items may be thrown. Items may be handed out by walking participants.
- No ATV’s (All-Terrain Vehicles) without supervision of someone 21 years of age or older.
- No alcoholic beverages.
- No glass containers.
- No extremely loud music or vehicles.
- Participants may be removed by law enforcement or parade officials at any time for failure to abide with rules and regulations.
