Saturday, August 5, 2017 at 10 a.m.

On-site registration will take place at the corner of Hill and Cedar Streets from 7:30 a.m.- 9 a.m. A committee member will assist you with line-up. Judging takes place from 9am-9:30am. Ribbons will be awarded by the judges. Registration forms will not be accepted after 9:00am. You may still participate, but you will not be judged or announced.

You may download the 2017 Parade Registration Form and complete it prior to the parade. Bring the completed form with you the morning of the parade to give to a committee member.

The parade route will head west down Cedar Street then turn south onto Main Street and continue through historic downtown Bastrop. Bastrop Police Department will direct parade exit route.


  • No items may be thrown. Items may be handed out by walkers.
  • No ATV’s (All-Terrain Vehicles) without parental supervision of someone 21 years of age or older.
  • No alcoholic beverages.
  • No glass containers.
  • No loud music.
  • No loud vehicles.
  • Participants may be removed by law enforcement or parade officials at any time for failure to abide with rules and regulations.
